It's not too late - Register for the Fleadh today! The Fleadh Registration deadline has been extended to midnight on April 17th - If you haven't yet registered for the Fleadh, it's not too late! A block of rooms for the "Mid-Atlantic Irish Music Weekend 2023" has been reserved at the Parsippany Hilton (1 Hilton Ct, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054) at the rate of $169/night. This special room rate includes breakfast for two; breakfast for any additional guests can be bought on site.

We are excited to announce that the Midwest Fleadh website for 2023 is up and ready to accept applications. Please note that registrations will be accepted until April 21st. After April 21st, a late fee of $50 will be applied to all registrations. Late entries will not appear in the Fleadh program. Additionally, competitor order will be randomized, so it is not guaranteed that a late entry will be competing last. Entries close April 28th and we will not accept entries after that date.
All non-competitors 10 years and older will be required to purchase a spectator wristband to view all competitions on Saturday including the band competition. Wristbands are $10 and can be purchased at the registration desk. (Cash or check preferred)
We very much appreciate your support of this event. Full-page ads in the Midwest Fleadh program are again discounted 50 percent for CCÉ branches. Here are the details.
$100 for CCÉ branches: full-page ad in the Midwest Fleadh program
- 5 ½” X 8 ½” advertisement in the printed program given to all registered performers and their families.
- All advertisements are available in full color at no additional charge.
- Placements can be secured by emailing stlfleadh@gmail.com. Electronic payments can be made online at slia.org by clicking the donate button. Please include a note stating the name of your branch and the word “Program”. Other payment options are available upon request.
- Advertisement artwork should be in high resolution/print quality—PDF or JPG files preferred.
- To guarantee inclusion in the program, you must reserve your page via email by Friday, April 21st. Artwork must be submitted no later than Monday, April 24th. If you do not have available artwork, we would be happy to create something for you, but you must make this request by April 21st to allow for proof of artwork.
- Advertisements purchased after April 21st. may not include artwork or appear in the program depending on the printer’s timeframe.
- Payment must be received by April 28th or your advertisement will be removed from the program.
